MEET TERRY JUDGE

The CEO of CORE

Terry Judge is the founder and CEO of CORE Solutions Group, CORE Advisors and CORE Capital Group. Terry is a serial entrepreneur and has owned and operated several businesses since he was 19 years old. In 2006, he jumped into the specialty tax incentive business as he noticed these niche, IRS approved strategies we’re not being offered to small and medium size businesses. More importantly, CPAs were not offering these services in house. Terry realized that only the big 4 accounting and larger law firms had the capabilities to offer such strategies. Furthermore, these programs are complex in nature and need an experienced tax specialist to access this money the correct way. Terry notes, “we still find 75% of the monies available each year are not being tapped into”. Last year alone, the IRS allocated over $500 billion dollars in tax refunds, tax credits and advanced depreciation methods to stimulate and grow the economy. This includes commercial real estate, energy and green building initiatives, employment retention programs and research and development.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Diana brings structure, focus, and relentless follow-through to every engagement at CORE for the last 12 years. Whether she’s coordinating final reports, tracking down missing depreciation schedules, or organizing site visits across multiple states, she keeps our fast-paced operations humming. With a deep understanding of cost segregation, tax strategy, and project management, Diana supports both our clients and executive team — making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Clients love her responsiveness. Our team loves her ability to keep things moving. And we all love that she does it with a calm, capable, get-it-done approach.

MEET MELANIE CREECH

EXECUTIVE ADMIN ASSISTANT

At the center of every smooth client experience at our firm is Melanie Creech. As the Executive Administrative Assistant, she helps power our cost segregation engine — making sure proposals go out on time, site visits are scheduled, and final reports land in your inbox with zero hassle. She wears many hats (and wears them well!) — from liaising with clients and engineers, to managing our internal ops, and making sure the exec team stays organized and focused. If you’ve worked with us, chances are she’s made your process easier!
